Fatality: 210 at La Crescenta Ave: Pedestrian laying in number 2 lane, female wearing shorts. Possibly a child, All lanes temporary blocked. Fire department has pronounced pedestrian. Crescenta Valley Sheriff reports they on scene with a vehicle with blood under it.
